who we are
Back in 2014, I got tired of all the generic baby clothing, so I created Seababy. I wanted our clothing to be functional (because let's be real, they are still babies and like to be on the move) yet, classic heirloom pieces that you couldn't find at just any store.
Most of our clothing has adjustable straps in the back, because we know the many growth spurts your little babes go through! Our clothing is also limited, because we believe each of your babes is original so we wanted their clothing to reflect that.
So, that is how Seababy came about and the purpose behind our products. My name is Moriah and I am the maker and creator behind this whole thing. I run our shop out of Raleigh, North Carolina and every item is made in-house! If you want to learn more about us, I would love to hang out with you all on our email list, so go join us there!
fun facts about the maker:

Our goal at Seababy is to create original products that not only have a functional purpose but also allow us to give back to the community and share the love of Jesus in every aspect of our business.
what motivates me?The long hours, the pressure to keep up with the newest trends, and being in charge of nearly every aspect of my business can be exhausting. However, there is one reason why I do what I do - Jesus.
There are so many images of God we all have. But, I believe it is simple: God is love. God has shown His love to us in many ways, but the most famous one is through sending His son, Jesus down to save us:
In the beginning, God created us to be with Him (Genesis 1-2). But, our sins separated us from God (Genesis 3). Our sins couldn't be removed by good deeds (Genesis 4 - Malachi 4). So, paying for the price for sin, God came down in human form (through His son, Jesus) and died and rose again (Matthew - Luke). Everyone who realizes there need for Jesus (because of their sins) and trusts in Him alone has eternal life (John). Because of this, our life with Jesus starts now and lasts forever (Acts-Revelation).
This outlandish love makes me want to give Him my all. Sounds crazy, I know, but the contentment and a peace that God will fill you with is like nothing else in this world.
Don't get me wrong. Everyday I still struggle with my business and everyday life, and following Jesus doesn't make everything great all of the sudden.
But, it seems that when I put my worth in how my business is doing, I get overwhelmed. I remind myself it is Jesus I am following and my worth is in Him. The peace of knowing I am secure in Jesus, He loves me, and He has a plan for me gives me the strength to keep going.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and thank you for your support. Seababy supports several children and mothers around the world, and your purchase will impact their lives in ways we may never know.
